Don't let the name get things confused, this project is a serious body of work. The debut release from First Breed MC SofaKing began as a vision in 2015. Most of the tracks were recorded at First Breed's original studio in Long Island City. Securing some heavy hitters for the album, recording for the project wrapped up in 2017 at their current dojo Earcandy Studios.

As anyone within the business knows, setbacks often occur. FYCN was no different. Due to a huge mix up involving the physical production of the album, coupled with the process of SofaKing relocating, the dirty shoes kicking all up on your furniture fell displaced. Due to a recent overwhelmingly positive response from folks close to the project and requests from those eager to hear it, SofaKing has decided to finally release the reigns on this labor of love and drop it to close out what's been an abysmal year for the planet, yet a great year for Hip Hop music.

As the first installment of a 3 project run entitled THE LAZY COUCH series, Fuck Yo Couch Ninja!! steps up in your crib without wiping it's feet and takes a seat at your throne. Be on the lookout for "Tables, Ladders n Couches" and "The Casting Couch" in the future.. until then, Fuck Yo Couch Ninja!!
